Food & Management | On Commission
Photographing restaurants comes with obvious perks. It's not something I do that much of so I'm hugely happy when it happens. I've had two food commissions recently for the Heineken brand . Firstly we have Lucas Burges owner & manager of 'On The Rocks' with their supremely tasty Moules et Frites followed by David Andrews (below) who runs the Blues Smoke-house restaurants. If you're a fan of Americana food Blues-Smoke-house is really rather good.
