Can't Do Without You | Myanmar

Mrs Iwan Jones and I spent some time in Myanmar over the Christmas break. A fascinating country, which looks like a film set straight out of the 1920's. It still is as Mr Kipling said, 'quite unlike any place you know about'. With the country beginning its first steps towards democracy and sanctions and restrictions being lifted, there is a striking clash of modernity with the old world. Especially noticeable in Yangon, the largest city. Surreal and extraordinary.
