A Day At The Races | Documentary Photography

Over the Summer of 2016 I received a fun set of commissions from the Telegraph, which involved travelling around the UK photographing a series titled 'Bizarre Blighty'. The series focused on eccentric events and peculiar pastimes particular to our funny little island. From Mountain Bike Bog Snorkelling to Black Pudding Tossing competitions. I haven't had a chance to edit through all the images shot for the commission (time time slipping through my fingers),  but here's my picture story from the Ferret Racing event at the annual Chatsworth Country Fair. I'll endeavour to get the other photo stories up on the blog as soon as I get enough free time.
